Here at Dream Servers Ltd we believe you should have the best possible service available and our number one aim is customer satisfaction. Dream Servers Ltd throughout this document may be also be referred to as "we", "us" or other first-person pronouns. You the customer may be referred to as "you" "your" "client" "customer(s)" or "user(s)". These Terms and Conditions apply to visitors and members of the site. By accessing, using, viewing, reading, printing, installing, or downloading any material from us, or becoming a customer of Dream Servers , you agree and accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these term and conditions, you may not any of the services provided from Dream Servers Ltd.

Dream Servers Ltd services may only be according to the law. Any use of these services which violates any local, state, federal, or international laws which may apply to Dream Servers Ltd, your local jurisdiction, or any jurisdiction that you or your site may be subject to is strictly prohibited.
While using the service, you may not:
A. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using the Internet.
B. Post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory, obscene, offensive, indecent, profane, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local or international law, regulations, and laws protecting intellectual property including copyright, trademark, trade secret, misappropriation and anti-dilution laws.
C. Post, publish, transmit, reproduce or distribute any information or software which contains a virus or other harmful component; Post, publish, transmit, reproduce, distribute or in any way exploit any information, software, or other material obtained through the service for commercial purposes (other than as expressly permitted by the provider of such information, software, or other material)
E. Discrimination, racialism and remarks relating to Dream Servers Ltd, Dream Servers Staff or customers is not acceptable and will result in termination of your account.
F. Any illegal Material - this includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files and any material in violation of any International, National or Local law or regulation will result is your account being terminated and possible legal actions taken against you.
NETWORK GUARANTEE
A. Dream Servers Ltd will guarantee 99.99% uptime per calendar month, excluding any scheduled maintenance.
B. Dream Servers Ltd will guarantee each client a 100Mbit Ethernet port full duplex as standard if this is unavailable we will assign the client a 1000Mbit port free of charge till the end of your contract.
C. Dream Servers Ltd will guarantee any unplanned network & power outrage/downtime will be fully refunded. Each hour of downtime Dream Servers will provide you 24 hours of credit onto your account.
D. Dream Servers Ltd operates a BGP 4 self-healing network AS51198. We run a open peering policy and allow any ISP and network to peer with us, we also ensure we have the most optimal peering routes available to us providing us one of the lowest latency networks but due to this the shortest AS / Path may not offer the lowest latency and therefore certain networks and/or paths may receive a higher latency.
PAYMENT
A. Dream Servers Ltd requires full payment before any service and/or product goes live.
B. Dream Servers Ltd accepts payments via bank transfer.
C. Dream Servers Ltd will send out monthly invoices 15 days before renewal date. We will also send out a reminder 7 days before your due date.
D. If payment has not been received within 48 hours, Dream Servers Ltd will release a disconnection notice, we also reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate your account due to non payment.
E. Late frees maybe applied to your next invoice for late payments subject to 10% of total invoice amount.
F. All payments must be in UK Pounds Sterling.
TERMINATIONS & REFUNDS
A. Dream Servers Ltd will provide full refunds to the following services and/or products: Dedicated Servers, Cloud vServers, IP Transit, Interconnect Links, Managed Services, Colocation, Data Storage and Cloud Webhosting if we fail to setup your services and/or products after 10 working business days from your service live date. (Unless this is out of our control)
B. Dream Servers Ltd will offer "credit" refunds for: downtime, software and hardware configuration errors, these credits will be added on to your account to be used for: hardware and/or software upgrades or added time from your next due date.
C. We our entitled to suspend or terminate any service or agreement without notice if you:
- Fail to pay any fees due to us.
- Break any terms and conditions.
- Post or host any Illegal Material - this includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files and any material in violation of any International, National or Local law or regulation. We reserve the right to delete any files that infringe copyright without warning.
- Anyone or site found to be committing or attempting to defraud members of the public in any way.
CHANGE OF TERMS
A. Dream Servers Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notification for these reasons please review our current Terms & Conditions from time to time.
B. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
